Waiver and Liability 

I hereby approve my child to participate in the Ms Play Sports Fall/Winter Basketball League 2025/2026. I’m under the impression and fully understand that my child is participating at his or her own risk. I understand that injuries may occur when players or said kids are competing in sports or extra curricular activities. I hereby fully and forever release, discharge, and agree not to sue Mississippi Play Sports, owners, or staff, their Directors, Local sponsors, any Staff members, Coaches, employees, or assistants, and successors for any and all claims, causes of action or liability for any injury, loss or damage sustained, the result of death, incurred by my child or myself arising out of or in anyway associated with my childs involvement and participation in this here League.

 

Photo Release

I hereby give permission for my child’s picture or image and name to be used in Mississippi Play Sports Inc. publications, newsletters, newspapers, website, and all social media platforms.

 

Refund Policy 

We do not award any  refunds for registration, concessions at games, or gate fees. The league director may however override this policy at his or her leisure.
